Themba’s core capabilities are centred on aligning business and IT and guiding business towards establishing a solid foundation for execution that ensures that people are also aligned with the organisation’s direction.

His extensive experience in It , especially with the implementation of applications has equipped him with an insight that the success of an organisation is not only determined by the technologies or framework they implement, but by ensuring that there is a buy-in from the people who will be taking part in those initiatives

His journey in IT includes: System Analysts, Oracle Senior Technical Consultant and  Head of ERP Systems.

His various roles have enabled him to serve organisations in both the public and private sectors, and these include Portnet, SAPREF, Bytes, Blue Strata(through AppsCentre), Wesbank (through iFactory), FNB(through Tekora) , RTT (through AdvanceApps), UNISA(through AppsCentre) and SASSA(through Apps/Centre).

Some of the key major projects he has been involved in include the implementation of Oracle ERP at different companies and the establishment of an enterprise architecture practice.

His qualifications includes a Bsc Computer Science (UWC) and Master of Business Leadership (MBL) degree from Unisa Graduate School of Business  Leadership. He is also certified as a TOGAF 9.1 and Certified Business Architecture (BIZBOK) practitioner.
